Set up an address on the main pages where you make your purchases, make sure to enter the data exactly as it was provided to you by email (name of the mailbox, address, zip code, phone number) see address settings.

Estimate the dates

Once you make the purchase you must take into account the estimated delivery date by the seller in our Miami warehouse.

Tracking

From the estimated delivery date, you can check in “Track your package” to see if your package is already in our Miami warehouse and from that moment you should count 3 to 4 business days for your packages to arrive in Panama.

Pick up or receive at your door

When your packages have arrived, you will be notified by email so that you can pick them up at our store or request home delivery.

  • Does it cost anything to have a locker?

    No, Opening the locker is totally free.

  • Is your rate by actual weight or do you charge by volume?

    We only charge the actual weight.

  • Do you charge extra for any type of paperwork?

    Paperwork and customs taxes are already included in the rate.

  • How long does it take for my package to arrive?

    Once the package has been received at the Miami warehouse, it takes 3-4 business days.

  • What should I do once I have made my purchase?

    Once you have made the purchase you must wait for the seller to dispatch it, at that time the seller will send you the Tracking or Guide number, with this # you can verify in the tracking query option if it has been received in our warehouse in Miami, from receipt you can count the 3-4 business days for it to be in Panama.

  • When the package is incorrectly identified, what should I do?

    The package must be requested in the “Misidentified Packages” option; this process may take 4-5 more days.

  • What if my package is shipped via USPS?

    The date marked as delivered may vary from 5 to 7 more days, due to the high volume they handle as a government entity and having the lowest price in Freight within the USA.

  • What payment method can I use?

    ACH, Yappy or Cash

  • I don't have a credit card, what can I do?

    As a company, we offer you our corporate card.

  • What do I need to do to use your corporate credit card?

    You can access the “Assisted Purchase” option and quote the product you wish to purchase. Once you have done so, we will send you a quote and the steps to follow to make the purchase.

  • Can someone else pick up my package?

    As long as it is with prior notice and a letter of authorization along with a copy of the ID.

  • What happens to packages that don't arrive?

    What happens with packages that do not arrive and the seller says they have already been delivered to the warehouse in Miami?
